I’m a regular person, just like you, that likes to enjoy good food and have a taste for delicious recipes… I don’t claim in any way to be a professional food blogger or an aspiring chef. When I discovered that chronic stress gave me pre-diabetes and I was very close to becoming Diabetic I had to totally change my lifestyle to save my health and well being. This is when I started my journey of rediscovering food, working with ingredients that won’t raise my insulin levels, while still enjoying delicious recipes and awesome treats every now and then.
