Low carb recipes usually call for some ingredients that we are not so used to, in order to replace stuff like flour and sugar.
To replace flour, most recipes here use coconut flour, or almond flour, or a mixture of both.
To replace sugar, I usually use a sugar alcohol called erythritol because it is for me the one that tastes mostly like regular sugar, and it doesn’t cause me bloating or gas. Some recipes would combine this with Xylitol or stevia.
