These deep fried chicken tenders are “breaded” with coconut flower and parmesan powder then deep fried, they are better than fast food 🙂

Ingredients
- 250 gr chicken tenderloins
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp Parmesan powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black or white pepper
Instructions
- mix coconut flour, Parmesan and spices on a plate
- Beat the egg in small container. Drench each tenderloin then press each chicken tenderloin in coconut flour mixture.
- Heat your deep fryer to the deep fryer on 170C and fry for 2 min then put it off and leave it for 2 more minutes
- dip in some low carb sauce
