Chicken tenders

These deep fried chicken tenders are “breaded” with coconut flower and parmesan powder then deep fried, they are better than fast food 🙂

Ingredients

  • 250 gr chicken tenderloins 
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black or white pepper

Instructions

  • mix coconut flour, Parmesan and spices on a plate
  • Beat the egg in small container. Drench each tenderloin then press each chicken tenderloin in coconut flour mixture.
  • Heat your deep fryer to the deep fryer on 170C and fry for 2 min then put it off and leave it for 2 more minutes 
  • dip in some low carb sauce
