These are the result of my just putting together some leftover minced meat I had in the fridge with some cheese mix and eggs, they turned out really yummy and are a very quick and delicious breakfast!
Ingredients:
- 200 gr minced meat
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp oregano
- half a fresh paprika (pepper)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chilli
- Fresh parsley
Instructions:
- mince the onion then add the minced meat and fresh paprika on medium heat on the stove and start mixing
- add all the spice except the fresh parsley and keep moving the mix until cooked and all liquids from the meat are dry
- add the fresh parsley and cook 2-3 more minutes
- add one egg and 1/4 cup mixed grated cheese (I use mozzarella-cheddar mix) to each 1/4 cup meat (these make about 3 muffins for one person)
- put your muffins in apreheated oven (180C) for 15-20 min and bonne appetit 🙂
