these are very quick to make and can be put in the fridge for a quick snack!
0.5 cup heavy cream
0.5 cup milk
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp xylitol
1 tbsp erythritol
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp Gelatin powder
Instructions
- mix the cream, milk and cacao until well blended
- add gelatine and mix
- heat and keep moving for 15-20 min until it’s simmering (not boiling)
- add vanilla and sweeteners and keep moving for 5 more min
- put in silicon mould until cool then in the fridge
