Cinnamon donuts

These cinnamons are soooo quick to put together, and are really good with some sour cream and low carb maple syrup… it’s perfect for a Sunday brunch!

The awesome food blogger that created this simple yet delish recipe doesn’t seem to have a website, but you can access the original on instagram here.

For 2 big donuts or 4 small ones

Mix together:

1tbsp (15 gr) melted butter or avocado oil (I use avocado oil most of the time)

2tbsp granular erythritol 

1 egg

1 tbsp coconut flour

1/2tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp bourbon vanilla 

Bake in a silikon donut form at 180C 10 minutes, remove, and dip all edges into a cinnamon and erythritol mix – enjoy with some cream and maple syrup
