This one I just improvised based on some ingredients and flavours that I like. It goes very well with some hummus or baba ghanoush dip and some grilled vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 300 gr minced meat
- fresh parsley
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp koriander
- 1/4 tsp chilli
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp balsamico vinegar
- a handful of pine nuts
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp almond flour
Instructions:
- Mix the meat, minced onion, parsley, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, chilli, cinnamon and balsamic vinegar and put it in the fridge for at least 5 hours
- Add the pine nuts, beaten egg, and almond flour to the seasoned meat and mix well
- Form 8-10 meatballs
- Put in the oven at 210 C for about 25-30 min
