These are probably THE best bagels I baked since I started my Keto journey! I used Brenda’s (sugar free mom) nut-free fathead dough and it didn’t disappoint 🙂

Recipe for 6 big bagels
Dough
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 85 gr cream cheese
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- some black seed to decorate
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- preheat oven to 204 C
- melt the 2 cups shredded mozzarella with the cream cheese on the stove top until combined
- mix the remaining ingredients into a dough then stir them in the melted cheese and mix together (I added some black seed to the mix and decorated with some more)
- form them into bagels then bake for 15 min
- let cool before serving
