For the dough I use All Day I dream about Food’s garlic knots recipe (link), then fill each little ball with a piece of feta cheese then decorate with black seed at the end.

Ingredients
Dough:
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano 🌿
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded part skim mozzarella cheese 6 ounces
- 75gr butter melted
- 1 large egg
Filling
- 120 gr feta cheese cut in cubes
- Black seed to decorate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 177C
- Combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
- Melt cheese and butter over low heat until it’s melted and can be stirred together.
- Add the dry mixture and stir to combine.
- Take off heat and add the egg then kneed until well combined
- Divide dough into 16 equal portions.
- Roll each portion and fill with the feta cheese .
- Place on a silicon oven sheet to avoid sticking.
