I was craving gummy bears, but all the sugar free brands I could find used sweeteners that caused me bloating and gas. So I tried this home made version, and it turned out pretty well đŸ™‚
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp gelatine
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp erythritol
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp orange flavor
Instructions
- whisk the water and heavy cream on medium heat for about 5 min
- add the gelatine and keep whisking for 10 more min
- add the erythritol, vanilla, and orange flavour and keep whisking for 5 more min
- pour in a silicon form and let cool then put in the fridge for at least 2 hours before enjoying
